Our History
The company was founded by Mel Haveman in 1955 out of his home. In the early Eighties, we grew and moved to our current location in the heart of Holland, Michigan, on 19th Street, just East of Columbia Avenue. Mel's sons, Tom and Bill Haveman, succeeded him upon his retirement and now second and third generation owners, Bill and Ross Haveman, are directly involved the daily operations. In 2017, following 40 years of leadership, Tom Haveman retired and Tom, Steve, and Tim Kraal joined the Haveman team as officers of the corporation.
